When he embraced plant-based eating in 2009, Jason was a completely out-of-shape university student. Nobody would have predicted that a few years later, he would be winning triathlon races. His athletic accomplishments since becoming vegan showcase the incredible power of plant foods to support peak performance. He has multiple triathlon victories under his belt, and several Triathlon Ontario provincial championship titles to his name; 2023 Long Course Provincial Champion, 2024 Long Course Series Champion, and 2024 Long Course Triathlete of the Year.
